In P4B we’re trying to understand why the Roman army were so successful in battles. We learnt about some of their battle tactics and tried some out ourselves, note the whole class Tortoise! We also, as an aside, learnt yoga mats have many uses!
In P4B we have been learning about life in the Roman Army. We created mini Roman soldiers to understand their uniforms. We then used our persuasive skills to create some recruitment posters. Are you convinced, would you have signed up?
We were finding out how Roman soldiers would leave tracks in the ground when they were marching through strange lands. Every symbol meant a different direction.
